Definition
A metaphorical expression for the sensation a human may experience when LLM begins to feel like an extension of their own thinking—
as if their cognitive processes have been expanded through interaction.
Although LLM exists outside the self, it can begin to feel like part of the user’s internal reasoning structure.
Clarification
This does not suggest that LLM is an externalized intelligence in itself,
but rather that it can feel like one—
a sense of cognitive augmentation that arises within the human,
through the experience of extended, high-density, dialogic interaction.
Note
“Externalized intelligence” refers to a subjective human experience.
It does not mean that LLM possesses its own inherent or internal intelligence.

補足
ここでいう外付け知能とは、LLMが実際に知能を持つという意味ではなく、
LLMとの密度の高い対話を通じて、人間の側に知覚される、思考拡張の感覚を指している。
外付け知能は、人間の感覚であって、LLMが内在的知能をもっているという意味ではない。
用例
